The Department of Foreign Languages has an important role in the academic and administrative responsibilities of our school. It is responsible for the daily operations and arrangements of the preparatory program. Running the courses effectively, the follow-up of the make-up courses, the success and attendance of the students are the responsibilities of the Department. The Department, which is also responsible for the coordination between the units, is also responsible for organising and conducting the foreign language courses given in the faculty programs. During the four-year education in the departments, various foreign language courses, conducted at 6 different levels, give students the opportunity to learn English up to the B2+ level and other foreign languages up to the highest level according to the needs of the departments. Thanks to this opportunity, students without a preparatory year can learn English starting from the basic levels, and students who successfully complete the preparatory class also the opportunity to develop their professional and academic language skills according to their professional needs. The Department of Foreign Languages is also responsible for opening and conducting elective foreign language courses for students studying at all faculties and schools. In addition to English, students can also learn other foreign languages at different levels while continuing their academic education.
