The Service Courses Coordinatorship is responsible for the planning, implementation, and monitoring of English courses offered by faculties and departments at Eskisehir Technical University. Responsibilities include determining course content and curriculum, scheduling in line with the academic calendar, and ensuring coordination with the relevant faculties. It also provides guidance to the instructors delivering these courses and works to enhance the effectiveness of the teaching process. By taking into account student needs and academic expectations, the unit contributes to the development of course materials and assessment methods. Regular monitoring and evaluation activities are conducted to ensure that service courses are delivered following established standards.

Level Coordinatorship
Level Coordinators are responsible for the academic coordination of Levels A, B, and C at the School of Foreign Languages. Within this scope, they are tasked with collecting regular feedback from instructors during scheduled level meetings, evaluating the teaching and learning processes, and sharing relevant data with the associated units. Additionally, they are responsible for ensuring curriculum alignment, monitoring the effective use of instructional materials, and developing suggestions to enhance the efficiency of academic processes.
